About CDL eMall

CDL eMall is an online ordering and delivery platform that serves curated offerings of food, products and services. It allows the merging of orders from different merchants within the same mall in one single delivery.

Currently, only a maximum of 3 store orders from the same mall can be combined. Combining orders from multiple malls would not be accepted.

There is a minimum order of $50 required for each transaction. However as part of the launch promotion, minimum check out order is reduced to $30 per transaction. Promotion is valid until 30 Nov 2021.

Orders & Payments

Orders may be placed 1 day in advance or up to 2 hours before your delivery timing.

You may key in your promo code after adding items into your cart. Enter the code into the field ‘Coupon Code’ and click ‘Apply Coupon’. The page will be updated with the discounted amount in the bill.

Ongoing promotions will be featured in the promotional banner, do check for great deals!

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or amend your order once it has been submitted and payment has been processed. Kindly check your orders thoroughly before checking out.

We only accept credit card payment by Mastercard and VISA.


Delivery charge begins from $4 onwards and will differ base on distance. 

The delivery is made between 12.30pm – 8pm. Note: Delivery for Republic Plaza is available for weekdays only.

Once order has been submitted and payment has been successfully processed, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address you have provided in the order form.

Yes, you may select the self-collection option for F&B and Retail products. For all services, please drop a call to the retailer for appointment.

We deliver island-wide except for locations at Sentosa, Tuas, Jurong Island, Pulau Ubin and other off-shore islands. 

If you prefer contactless delivery, do indicate in the “Order Note”, under the Additional Information section after cart check out, but before payment. 

We will try to assign an available delivery partner to you order. In the event the delivery will be late, you will be contacted by our service partner via phone call on the updates of your order.

You may call the hotline 3158 6556 during the delivery hours between 12.30pm – 8pm. This hotline is dedicated for the enquiries of delivery enquiries only. 


Please contact the relevant store(s) for the refund of the item.

Please contact store direct for assistance. For non F&B items, you may head down to the individual store for exchange of wrong or defective items.
